Welcome brother,

Fireside Gathering is a monthly get together where us men gather around a fire and do life together.

We all are in need of deeper community with other men, supporting each other in the challenges of our modern lives. We all experience hardship and adversity, trials and loss. Instead of bearing one another’s burdens as Paul calls us to do (Gal. 6:2), we often isolate and attempt to carry the bone-crushing weight of our own loads with no help from our brothers.

This isn’t the way God intended us to live.

My prayer is that by gathering together with fellow brothers in Christ, delving in where deep calls to deep, that the Spirit of God might meet us there, bonds might be forged, and that we might strengthen each other.

“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” -Proverbs 27:17

This is a chance to share our stories, to bond, and to celebrate the masculine heart God gave us at birth.

There will be a bourbon, beer and a cigars for your enjoyment. Feel free to bring your own beverages and treats if you like. Bring a camp chair if you have one. More importantly, bring a friend who might be in need of masculine community!

Dinner is not served at this gathering, so please eat before you come.
